Shipping Policy

SHLIZONE ships lithium battery cells and battery pack accessories to selected countries and regions. Shipping methods, delivery time and availability may vary depending on the destination, order quantity, product type and lithium battery transportation regulations.

For in-stock items, orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination country.

Because lithium-ion cells are regulated goods for transportation, some products may require special shipping arrangements. For bulk orders, UAV battery cell projects or destinations with special battery shipping requirements, please contact us before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance requirements in their country or region.
